The  Reason

I was watching the Children's Miracle Network Telethon one day

and noticed the children have lost their hair and were wearing hats. I

realized I had the knowledge and resources to help children with hair

loss. After a phone call to Children's Medical Center Hematology-

Oncology Department I discovered the need for such a local foundation.

I am fully aware of Locks of Love and the wonderful things they have

done for children across the United States. With their location being in 

Florida they do not have the  opportunity to meet the benefactors

of their services. Thus creating a problem when the fit is not

comfortable enough for the children to wear the unit. This is where I fit

in. Being local I can address any  problem that should arise.

The funds for this foundation come from other non-profit organizations,

companies and private donations.
